H-P Products, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.vacuflo.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including how our cookie banner lets you allow or reject non-essential cookies.
By using the Site, and where required by law by making a selection in our
cookie banner, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Site or adjust your cookie choices.
1. Summary
We use cookies and similar technologies in four categories:
Strictly necessary — required for the Site to work.
Always on.
Analytics — Google Analytics.
Advertising — Google Ads (conversion
measurement and remarketing).
Embedded video — Vimeo and YouTube players.
Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising, and video) do not load
until you allow them through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because our advertising cookies may involve "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, please read Sections 5 and 7 carefully.
2. Information you provide to us
If you contact us or submit a form, we collect what you choose to provide
— such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, and the
contents of your message — and use it only to respond and to provide what you
requested.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and the third parties below may collect: your
IP address and approximate location, browser and device information,
pages viewed and links clicked, referring/exit pages, and date and time of your
visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. Your IP
address is transmitted to Google, Vimeo, and/or YouTube when the relevant
category is enabled, as described in Section 5.
4. Cookies and how consent works
Strictly necessary cookies are always active and cannot be
switched off.
Analytics, advertising, and
embedded-video cookies are blocked until you allow them. When you first visit, our banner
lets you Accept all, Reject all, or open Preferences
to choose category by category.
You can reopen "Cookie settings" at any time to change or withdraw consent.
If your browser sends a Global
Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and of any "sharing" of personal information, and we do not load those cookies.
5. Third-party services
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site. When enabled, it sets cookies and processes data including your IP address, device/browser information, and on-site activity, and shares it with Google. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads (Google LLC) for conversion measurement and remarketing. When enabled, Google Ads tags set cookies and share data — including your IP address and browsing activity — with Google to measure ad performance and to show you relevant ads on other sites and services. This activity may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (see Section 7). You can manage Google ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com and review Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Vimeo (embedded video)
Some pages contain videos hosted by Vimeo, Inc. When you allow video and a player loads, Vimeo may receive your IP address and set cookies. We load Vimeo in its privacy-oriented ("Do Not Track") mode where available. See Vimeo's Privacy Policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy.
YouTube (embedded video)
Some pages contain videos hosted by YouTube (Google LLC). When you allow video and a player loads, YouTube may receive your IP address and set cookies. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where available; note this reduces, but does not eliminate, data collection. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not control how these providers use the data they collect. Please
review their policies.
6. How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries and provide
requested products, services, or information; to operate, secure, and improve
the Site; to measure and analyze usage; to measure advertising and, where you
have allowed it, to show relevant ads; and to comply with legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Everyone can accept or reject non-essential cookies in our banner, reopen "Cookie settings" to change choices, opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on above, manage Google ad personalization, and contact us to access, correct, or delete information we hold (Section 11).
Preference signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global
Privacy Control (GPC).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to access, delete, and correct it; to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing"; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for
money. However, when you allow advertising cookies, our use of Google
Ads may involve "sharing" personal information (such as
identifiers and internet activity) for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of this "sharing" by rejecting advertising cookies in our banner, by sending a GPC signal, or by contacting us. The categories we collect are identifiers (including IP address) and internet/electronic activity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Our legal bases are your consent (for analytics, advertising, and
embedded-video cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and
securing the Site), and compliance with legal obligations. You may
access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, request portability,
and withdraw consent at any time, and may complain to your local supervisory
authority. Data transferred outside the EEA/UK is protected by appropriate
safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep information you provide only as long as needed to respond and for
legitimate business and legal record-keeping. Analytics and advertising data
are retained per our Google configuration.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards,
including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage
is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under [13/16], and we do not
knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has
provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
